The Opportunity
A licensed, one-stop crop production partner founded in 2011 in western Oklahoma. The Company sells crop protection chemical, fertilizer and seed to farmers and ranchers, then applies those inputs by ground with two owned sprayer rigs and by air, across a roughly 100-mile trade area spanning Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. It also provides crop, land and wildlife consulting.
Product and service are sold together. An agronomic recommendation typically becomes both an input sale and an application job on the same acres, so the Company earns the input margin and the application fee on every pass. About 80% of the business is chemical and fertilizer, consumed and repurchased every crop year as long as acres are farmed.
The Company has never advertised. Fifteen years of growers have come entirely from reputation and referral, and it runs lean: two salaried, non-union employees, a single leased facility and outsourced accounting. A new owner inherits a licensed, equipped platform with ordinary commercial levers still untouched.
What Sets It Apart
- Licensed and ready. Holds the Oklahoma Certified Applicator, Fertilizer and Chemical licenses. Renewal is annual, simple and low cost, and the licensed applicator on staff is willing to stay with a new owner.
- Real asset backing. About $800K of equipment at owner-estimated fair market value, including two New Holland sprayers (1,200 and 1,800 hours), a Peterbilt tender, a sprayer trailer, roughly 21,000 gallons of tank capacity and a forklift, plus about $100K of seasonal inventory.
- Product plus service. Recommend, supply and apply from one provider, the main reason growers consolidate their season with a single retailer.
- Low fixed overhead. A two-employee team and a $2,000 monthly facility cost keep breakeven low. Supply comes through established dealer lines with leading national crop protection and seed brands.

Source: federal tax returns, normalized for owner compensation and benefits, owner discretionary and one-time items, depreciation and interest. Adjusted EBITDA is net of a market-rate manager salary. Gross margin expanded from 20.6% in 2022 to 39.5% in 2025. Revenue for the twelve months ended September 30, 2026 was $2.25M, with management expecting about $2.5M for the full year. 2026 has been one of the most difficult years for U.S. agriculture in a generation and management expects roughly breakeven results; the full 2026 P&L will be shared with qualified parties when available. To be confirmed in diligence.
Growth Levers
- Build a demand engine. Add a lead-capturing website, local search, in-season radio and farm-print ads, grower field days and a formal referral program to a base built entirely on word of mouth.
- Raise rig utilization. Many acres the Company already supplies are sprayed by someone else. Converting product-only accounts into bundled per-acre programs needs licensed labor and scheduling, not new equipment.
- Contract application for others. Sell overflow custom application to neighboring retailers and co-ops that lack licensed applicators or spare rig capacity in peak windows.
- Grow seed and consulting. Attach seed from four supplier lines and priced crop, land and wildlife consulting to existing chemical and fertilizer accounts.
- Work the outer radius. Push deliberately into the outer band of the trade area, and over time statewide with added rigs or a satellite site.
Ideal Buyer
Regional ag retailers and co-ops adding licensed application capacity and trade area; custom applicators adding an input margin; farm and ranch operators expanding into crop inputs; and owner-operators or searchers with an agronomy or ag sales background.
