Brian is a lifelong entrepreneur whose career spans more than three decades of asset-based lending, small business consulting, and operational leadership. He founded New America Capital, where he worked with hundreds of small and mid-sized business owners on financing, operations, and growth strategy before successfully exiting the business after nearly 20 years.

Since then, Brian has continued doing the work he enjoys most: helping owners, buyers, and operators navigate the real-world complexity of business transitions. His experience includes hands-on post-acquisition support, operational change management, team stabilization, process development, and helping new owners succeed after the transaction closes.

Brian joined Captyx after seeing what Tucker Pool and the Captyx team were capable of building for business owners, buyers, and entrepreneurs. With a shared belief that sellers deserve a clearer, easier, and more practical path through the M&A process, Brian brings deep operational experience and a steady, entrepreneur-first perspective to the team.

He is fortunate to live in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge in the Pacific Northwest, where he can usually be found enjoying all manner of outdoor activities year-round.
